Jake Bradway, Owner of Bradway Brothers Concrete Solutions, has a passion for precision craftsmanship and innovation. His journey in maintenance began in 2014. He then learned the art of architectural precast in 2018, where he honed his skills as the operations manager, manufacturing precast facades for high-end homes in Boston, Mass. Building upon this foundation, Jake ventured into designing his own pool coping and concrete countertops, showcasing his flair for creativity and attention to detail. With a wealth of experience in property maintenance, custom outdoor kitchens, decks, flooring renovations, and design services, Jake brings a unique blend of expertise and artistry to every project, ensuring exceptional results that exceed expectations.
Dawson Bradway, Co-Owner of Bradway Brothers Concrete Solutions, is a versatile craftsman with a diverse background in woodworking and metalwork. His journey began in 2017, delving into building fencing and mastering the intricacies of woodworking. As his skills evolved, Dawson expanded his expertise to include metalwork, welding, fabrication, and custom woodworking. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality, Dawson brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic skill set to the team, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and artistry.
Hunter Bradway, Head of Operations for Bradway Brothers Concrete Solutions, brings a formidable blend of military discipline and leadership prowess to the team. A former United States Marine, Hunter’s journey includes serving as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island, South Carolina, where he honed his ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence. With extensive leadership skills forged as a Forward Observer for 2nd battalion 5th Marines and 1st Battalion 5th Marines, Hunter possesses an innate ability to unite and empower teams to surpass expectations. His unwavering commitment to precision and efficiency ensures that each project is executed with the highest level of professionalism and dedication.
Gibson Bradway, Head of Sales and Marketing for Bradway Brothers Concrete Solutions, blends a comprehensive understanding of the concrete industry with a strong background in business administration. While pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Maine Orono, slated for completion in 2025, Gibson has already accrued valuable experience in sales and marketing. Moreover, his exposure to the architectural precast industry has endowed him with a deep knowledge of concrete, enhancing his ability to effectively promote the company’s offerings. With a focus on innovation and strategic outreach, Gibson plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and solidifying its position in the market.
